摘要
1997年利用双低油菜杂交种杂油77作母本,黄籽低芥酸油菜宁油10号优良株系作父本,进行有性杂交,经过6代连续定向选择,2003年育成甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低恢复系1521C。其芥酸含量均在0.6%以下,硫苷含量19.8-22.6μmol/g,含油量46.5-48.6%。以1521C组配的新组合212A×1521C和咸黄×1521C在2007、2008年度示范产量均高于对照。
A yellow-seeded restorer line '1521C' of double-low quality(low erucic acid and low glucosinolate) in rapeseed(Brassica napus) was developed in 2003 by the successive and directional selections of six generations from a sexual hybridization made in 1997 between a double-low hybrid variety "Zayou 77" and an elite line from yellow-seeded variety "Ningyou 10" with low erucic acid content.The content of erucic acid in "1521C" is lower than 0.6%,the content of glucosinolate is 19.8-22.6 μmol/g,and the oil content is from 46.5 to 48.6%.Two new cross combinations namely "212A×1521C" and "Xianhuang×1521C" showed higher yield than the contrast variety "Qinyou 7".In 2009,these two combinations have been involved in the rapeseed variety regional trial of Shaanxi province.
