摘要
随着改革开放的深入,土地管理成为国土部门数据管理的重要内容。本文基于ArcGIS Engine二次开发了土地交易数据信息管理和应用软件,介绍了该软件的设计原理,并用VS.net编程实现宗地图的编辑和地块影像图的规范处理和批量输出。
Along with the deepening of reform and opening up,data＇s management of land become an important thing for land departments.Based on the ArcGIS Engine,this article describes the secondary development of the land transaction data＇s management and applications,introduces the software designing principles which programmed by VS.net,the house editor and normal processing and batch output of the soil image map.
