摘要
根据在线心电信号自动分析系统的实时性要求,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列的QRS波检测解决方案和硬件结构。该方案采用离散小波变换(DWT)算法结合阈值检测算法进行特征点提取,克服了传统算法受噪声、基漂、杂波等影响的缺点,逻辑简单,适合硬件实现。
A solution of QRS detection and hardware architecture based on field programmable gate array(FPGA) is developed to meet the requirement of automatic real-time ECG analyzing system. Discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and threshold detection algorithm are used to extract the characteristic points, overcoming the drawbacks of traditional methods under the situation of noise, baseline drift and artifacts. Based on simple operations, this solution is suitable for FPGA implementation.
