摘要
为了准确掌握往复式压缩机的振动信息,对振动信号相对平稳的运动部件应用快速傅里叶变换进行振动分析,而对振动激励源较多、频率成分随时间变化的运动部件应用小波理论进行分析,可以避免往复式压缩机振动分析存在的信号失真问题.
To master accurately the vibration information of reciprocating compressor,various dynamic testing instruments are used to pick-up and record vibration signals,and then according to vibration characteristics of different moving parts,FFT is adopted in vibration analysis for those moving parts with relative stable vibration signals,while WT theory is adopted in vibration analysis for those moving parts with more vibration motivating sources,or whose frequency components change with time.Thus signal distortion during vibration analysis of reciprocating compressor is solved.
