摘要
针对内燃机车内特定的空调使用环境,提出一种以87C196MC为控制芯片,以IGBT和IPM为开关器件的5kVA内燃机车空调逆变电源的设计方案,实现了系统变频运行、智能控制以及故障处理等功能。介绍了该逆变电源的主电路结构、工作原理和控制系统设计;样机现场实验结果表明,该电源达到设计指标要求,工作稳定可靠。
For the specific air-conditioned environment of internal-combustion engine,this paper describes the design scheme of 5 kVA locomotive air-conditioner inverter which bases on 87C196MC and uses IGBT and IPM as main power switches.The inverter functions include the realization of system variable-frequency operation,intelligent control and fault processing.The main circuit structure,operating principle and control system design are represented.The experimental prototype is developed,and the experimental result shows the power supply matches the requirements of the design and works stably and reliably.
