摘要
目的探讨整形外科技术在颌面部软组织创伤治疗中的疗效。方法遵循整形外科原则，应用微创、无张力缝合、植皮、皮瓣转移等技术治疗146例颌面部软组织创伤患者，观察术后1～2年临床疗效。结果全部患者均无瘢痕增生及错位畸形等并发症。结论整形外科原则和技术修复颌面部软组织创伤，能避免患者术后错位畸形，减少瘢痕。
Objective To evaluation the effeetion of techniques of plastic surgery to treat emergency patients with maxillofaeial soft tis- sue traumata. Methods To follow the principles of plastic surgery and applicate the techniques of mieroinvasive, planting the skin, transferring of skin flap to treat 146 patients with maxillofacial soft tissue traumata. According to the result of following up and investigating these patients 1 - 2years analysis on the clinic effeetion. Results All of these patients had no hypertrophic scar and malposition deformation. Conclusion Re- pairing of maxillofacial soft tissue traumata with emergency plastic surgery operation could decrease the deformity and scar.
