摘要
我国高校院校内部管理模式既有中专教育的痕迹,也有本科院校的做法,没有体现出其应有特性。针对其管理现状,要引入精细化管理理念,实行"三化",即组织结构由传统式向开放式转变,实理管理责任明确化;管理重心由职能部门向系(部)一线转变,实行管理过程流程化;管理内涵由传统型向质量型转变,实行管理任务定量化。
Internal management mode in higher vocational colleges has not reflected its own characteristics.According to its current situation,we must take corresponding countermeasures and implement three changes,that is,change from the traditional organizational structure to the open organizational structure,from the process management of the functional department to the management of departments,from the traditional management to quality management.
