摘要
本文结合作者为国家电网武汉某单位开发的绝缘子串元件热机试验温度保障系统,首先介绍热机试验环境的基本要求,然后依据就系统要求的性能与负荷、冷热源选用两方面给出热机试验温度保障系统,再次给出保障系统温度控制与验证,实验结果表明整个系统运行良好,试验数据可靠。
By combining with the experience on developing the temperature guarantee system for string insulator unit thermal- mechanical test to some Wuhan unit of STATE GRID Corporation of China, the basic environmental requirements for the thermal-mechanical test is given ot first in this paper; then the system required performances and load and the cooling/heating source selection are described on the thermal-mechanical environmental guarantee system; at last, the thermal-mechanical environmental temperature control and test verifwation are provided. The system operation is good and the test data are reliable.
