摘要
南水北调工程是我国的一项重大战略性基础设施,对其失事风险进行评估识别有着重要意义。针对南水北调中线一期工程,总结了各类工程建筑物失事模式,对南水北调中线工程建筑物的风险类型进行识别与分析,得到南水北调中线一期工程设计单元工程风险列表,该列表可作为南水北调中线工程输水系统运行风险的定量评估基础。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a major strategic infrastructure,so it has a great significance to assess the risks of their crashes.Aim at the first phase of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfers Project,the failure modes of various types of hydraulic structures are summarized,and the risk types of the Project are identified and analyzed,getting a engineering risk sheet of the design unit of the first phase Project,which can be a basis for quantitative assessment of the operational risks of the Middle Route.
