摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法对照组口服氨茶碱、必可酮气雾剂进行治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药治疗,均6个月为一疗程,观察两组总体疗效及1、2年随访结果。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组临床治愈13例(39.39%),与对照组临床治愈7例(21.88%)有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率达到93.94%,与对照组的78.13%比较也有显著差异(P<0.01);对患儿进行1、2年的随访,治疗组具有显著的降低人均发作次数的作用(P<0.01);1年与2年后两组复发的例数和次数总数均有升高,但治疗组升高的比例小于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘能明显改善患者症状,减轻患儿痛苦,具有较好的近期疗效,且能提高远期疗效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective Observation of integrated treatment of children with asthma remission therapy.Methods The control group were treated with aminophylline,beclomethasone aerosol treatment;treatment group were to be based on traditional Chinese medicine,both as a course of 6 months,the overall effect and 1,2 years were observed on follow-up results.Results Treatment for 6 months after the treatment group were clinically cured,13 cases（39.39%）,and the control group were clinically cured,7 cases（21.88%） were significantly different（P0.01）,treatment group efficiency of 93.94%,and the control group 78.13% which are also significant differences（P0.01）;of the children were 1,2 years of follow-up,the treatment group significantly reduced the role of the per capita number of episodes（P0.01）;1 year and 2 years after the two groups the number and frequency of recurrence of the total number of cases have increased,but increased the proportion of the treatment group than the control group,significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Integrative treatment of children with asthma can significantly improve symptoms and reduce the suffering of children,and has good curative effect,and can improve the long-term therapy more widely used.
