摘要
武汉城市圈与长株潭城市群综合配套改革试验区作为国家综合配套改革试验区,其目标定位与历史使命之一就是构建"两型社会"。而构建"两型社会"就必然使各项工作法治化,这不仅是理论之使然,也是历史的选择,同时也是构建"两型社会"的现实需要。
As national comprehensive reform pilot areas,Wuhan city circle and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group comprehensive experimental reform area have been established.One of the goals and the historical missions of establishing the two city groups is to build ＂two-oriented society＂.The Construction of ＂two-oriented society＂ is bound to work on rule of law,which is not only a theoretical consideration but also the choice of history and the actual needs of building ＂two-oriented society＂.
