摘要
目的分析老年患者固定桥设计,探讨如何提高固定桥在老年患者应用中的设计水平和修复质量。方法对近年该院收治的60岁以上老年患者固定桥修复病例进行观察和分析。结果经2~6年的临床观察,72件固定桥修复体成功率为86.11%。结论老年患者固定桥修复应特别注意义齿的设计,这是提高固定桥修复质量的重要环节。
Objective To research how to improve the level of designing and quality of restoration in old patients who had the fixed bridge.Methods Observed and analyzed the cases of old patients above 60 years who had the fixed bridge.Results The success rate was 86.11% for 72 cases of the fixed bridge denture from 2 years to 6 years.Conclusion Designing of the fixed denture is important to improve quality of the fixed denture for old patients.
