人肾上腺皮质腺癌细胞株裸鼠移植瘤模型的建立及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立人肾上腺皮质腺癌移植瘤动物模型,为研究肾上腺皮质腺癌提供实验平台。方法选取4-6周龄裸鼠5只,将体外培养的人肾上腺皮质腺癌细胞株(SW-13)注射至其双侧腋窝皮下,建立人肾上腺皮质腺癌移植瘤模型。结果 6周后5只裸鼠双侧腋窝皮下均长出肿瘤,肿瘤胞膜完整,HE染色可见大量肿瘤细胞。结论成功建立人肾上腺皮质腺癌移植瘤动物模型,可以为肾上腺皮质腺癌的研究提供有效的动物模型平台。 Objective To establish an animal model by subcutaneous injection of human adrenocortical cancer cell line SW-13 for cancer research.Methods 1×10^6/mL SW-13 cells were subcutaneously injected into armpit of 5 BALB/c nude mice.Results After 6 weeks the tumor formed,the rate of tumorigenesis was 100%.HE stain showed that a large number of cancer cells was in the tumors.Conclusion By subcutaneously injection into armpit of BALB/c nude mice with SW-13 cells can successfully establish the animal model of adrenal cancer,and it can be as a useful research tool for adrenocortical carcinoma.
