摘要
井下常见的漏电故障可分为集中性漏电和分散性漏电两种。集中性漏电是指电网的某一处或某一点发生漏电,而其他部分对地绝缘仍正常。分散性漏电是指某条线路的整体绝缘水平均降低到安全值以下。
The underground leakage faults can be divided into central leakage and dispersion leakage.central leakage means leakage concentrated in a particular place or a little leakage,and other parts of the insulation on the ground is still normal.Dispersion leakage means the overall insulation level of a line averagely is lower than safety level.
