摘要
结合国家新近推出的DL/T860(IEC61850)变电站通讯网络和系统标准,提出建设基于IEC61850标准的开闭所,不仅能大幅提高配网的自动化水平和供电可靠性,而且能为企业和用户带来直接的经济效益和社会效益。
Combined with the State newly introduced DL/T860（IEC61850）standards for substation communication networks and systems,it proposed the building of open and close station based on the IEC61850 standard which not only can greatly improve the automation of distribution network and power supply reliability,but also can directly bring the economic and social benefits to enterprises and users.
