摘要
基于ANSYS命令流方式对钢丝绳和衬垫进行实体建模,利用接触向导建立钢丝绳与衬垫接触模型,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对衬垫结构形式对摩擦式提升机提升能力的影响进行分析,并得到衬垫上应力的分布情况,为摩擦式提升机衬垫的研究与设计提供依据。
The model of steel wire rope and liner based on the ANSYS command stream were built, The contact pair of steel wire rope and liner based on the contact manager of ANSYS were established, by means of ANSYS analysis software, in the analysis of the influence of structural forms of the liner to hoisting capacity, the distribution of stress on the liners was gotten, the basis was provided for the research and design of liners used in friction type winder.
