摘要
本文针对我国工程造价管理的现状和存在的问题,在深入分析建筑工程招投标阶段影响工程造价因素的基础上,并结合工程造价的特点,提出了合理完善设计招投标制度的措施,对进一步完善工程造价控制提出了一些有益的建议和控制措施。
Based on the project cost management,the present situation and problems existing in the construction engineering,by analysing project cost factors influencing the bidding phase,and on the basis of the characteristics of engineering cost,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the public bidding system design,to further perfect project cost control,puts forward some beneficial suggestions and control measures.
