摘要
大豆皮是大豆榨油过程后得到的副产品，主要成分是纤维和果胶。它可作为粗饲料或精料添加到反刍动物日粮中。本文就大豆皮的营养组成、饲喂价值、在反刍动物日粮中的应用以及饲喂时应注意的问题进行了综述。
Soybean hulls is a byproduct of soybean processing. Its chemical components are mainly fiber and pectin. Soybean hulls could replace either grain or forage in ruminant diet. In this study, tion in the the nutritional constituent,feeding value of soybean hulls and its application and caupractice were investigated.
