摘要
近几年来,大学生就业已经成为社会关注、学校关心和大学生最为关切的热点问题。面对当前的就业压力,高校共青团要勇于担负起时代的责任,进一步明确促进大学生就业的重要意义,积极探索其在大学生就业过程中的作用,通过引导学生树立正确的就业观、指导学生开展职业生涯规划、帮助学生提高就业素质和技能,促进学生顺利就业。
In recent years,employment of university students has become a concern in the community,school and university students which became the hot issues of greatest concern.In the face employment pressure,the Communist Youth League colleges and universities should further make clear the importance of the promotion of employment of university students and take the responsibility of the era.We should help them have the correct concept to employment,guide students to make career planning,and help students improve the quality and skills of employment to promote the employment success of students.
