摘要
目的:建立金柴黄颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中的黄芩苷、绿原酸进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定了金柴黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中均能检出黄芩苷、绿原酸;绿原酸进样量在0.02952~0.2952μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为100.87%,RSD=1.3%。结论:所建立的方法可准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测。可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Jinchaihuang granules.Methods :Chlorogenic and baicalin were identified by TLC,Chlorogenic and baicalin were carried out by HPLC.Results :Chlorogenic and baicalin were identified by TLC.Chloorogenic acid showed a good line relatiaoship at a range of 0.02952~0.2952μg,r=0.9996.The average recovery was 100.87% and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion :The methods are accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of Gujingdan granules.
