摘要 在195柴油机试验台架上进行了柴油机微粒袋滤器的模拟试验研究,考察了柴油机微粒袋滤器不同滤速、不同滤料及不同清灰方式对其过滤效率、阻力特性的影响情况。结果表明:适当提高过滤速度对过滤效率影响不大;滤袋变形清灰比空气反吹清灰更为有效。基于此,提出了双单元过滤、轮流清灰的构思,并设计了采用滤袋变形清灰方式的新型袋滤器。还采用单片机电子控制系统,将袋滤器前排气的温度和柴油机的背压作为输入信号,以此实现对两组袋滤器的工作模式转换以及过热保护控制。并进行了软硬件系统的开发,研制了结构较为紧凑的电控柴油机微粒袋滤系统,可自动清灰,不影响车辆的机动性。最后,将电控柴油机微粒袋滤系统装在495Q柴油机台架上进行了初步试验,证明该系统有较好的响应性,可实现对系统的控制功能。 A simulation study of diesel particulate bag filter on a 195 diesel engine was reported in this paper.Influences of filter rate,filter materials and cleaning method on collection efficiency and pressure drop were investigated.Experimental results showed that the increase of filter rate had little effect on filter efficiency in a certain range;bag deformation was a more effective cleaning method than reverse gas cleaning.Therefore,a new concept of two unit filter system was given in which each filter collected particulates and dedusted by turns,and a new kind of bag filter with bag deformation cleaning was designed.An electronic control system based on microprocessor was adopted to ensure working mode change of the two filters and their over heat protection by using the exhaust temperature and engine back pressure before the filter as input parameters.The software and hardware for the system were done,and an electronic controlled diesel particulate bag filter system with more compact structure was developed,which could self clean and thus has little effects on vehicle mobility.The electronic controlled diesel particulate bag filter system was installed on the 495Q diesel engine for a prelimenary test,it was shown that the system responded well and could realize the control function for the whole system.
