首采区工作面遇断层时顶板的力学分析和数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 根据首采区煤层回采工作面遇到断层时的工程地质模型,建立了工作面揭露断层前,和回采过断层后的力学模型,并对其进行了分析和数值模拟,由于约束条件的差异,煤层顶板在回采断层前后的受力明显不同。结果表明:揭露断层前,顶板岩层最大剪应力发生在固定端,大小为上覆梁荷载的0.625,最大弯矩发生在距离固定端0.625倍的跨度处;临近断层时,工作面直到断层处的煤层,同预留煤柱的受力情况相同,工作面越向断层推进,煤层的支承压力越高,易发生片帮,为煤的抗压强度控制;回采过断层后,顶板岩层的最大剪应力和最大弯矩均发生在固定端,开切眼处煤柱最大剪应力增加,易发生煤柱压碎和顶板整体断落。 According to the geologic model when workface encounter fault,two mechanics model are built,one is the workface uncovers fault,another is workface just crosses fault.Because of restriction condition,the coal roof mechanics behaviors are different before and after the fault. Conclusions are:①before exposure fault,the most shearing strength of roof is happened at fastness end,that is 0.625 of over load,the most moment is happened at the point of 0.625 of the span;②when workface is nearer to fault,coal bed between the workface and fault just like coal pole,the bearing pressure rises with the workface advances,coal side is easy to crush,it is controlled by the coal intensity of pressure;③when workface is across the fault,the most shear strength and moment are all happened at the fastened point,the pressure of coal pole rises,it can be crushed and then the roof is broken integrity. The research results is important to design of coal channel,excavation,and prevention of geotechnical disaster.
