摘要
根据对反应釜内壁损伤的复膜金相分析，判断釜内壁发生裂纹及沟状损伤的形成原因；由分析出的原因制定出损伤的处理措施及进一步检测意见。从这一问题引谈设备前期管理的重要性。
Based upon the filming metallographic examination of the damage on the internal wall of the reaction still, the causes of cracking and grooving damages are analyzed. The repair measures and further inspection are proposed. The importance of earlier stage management of equipment is discussed accordingly.
