一种中子脉冲序列的高速数据采集系统频率响应特性测定及修正新方法

摘要 基于所研制的252Cf自发裂变中子源频域分析测量系统,提出了一种利用功率谱测定其频率响应特性的方法(功率谱测频响法),以此进行中子脉冲序列的高速数据采集系统频率响应特性的测定及修正。实际试验结果表明,利用功率谱测频响法,借助于补偿滤波器校正技术,方法既简便、实用,又较好地改善了测量信道的非理想频率响应特性对高速采集系统性能的影响。与现有的测量与校正方法相比,该方法不仅克服了测量核装置和探测器电子系统传递函数的困难,而且为直观地评价系统复现核事件信号的能力提供了保障,并为中子脉冲序列的高速数据采集系统频率响应特性测定及修正提供了一种新的方法或途径。 It proposes a frequency response measurement and correction algorithm applied to the frequency domain analyzing system of the 252Cf spontaneous fission neutron source by using , and based on it, the frequency response measurement and correction for high-speed data acquisition system of pulse neutron sequence has been carried out. The results show that the bad effect of the nonideal frequency response in measurement channel is weakened with the frequency response measurement algorithm by means of fre- quency compensation filter. Compared with existing methods, this algorithm is simple and practical. It overcomes the difficulty to obtain the detection system's frequency response, and provides guarantee to make evaluation of high-speed data acquisition system's ability of reappearing nuclear events. It provides a new approach to the requency response measurement and correction for high-speed data acquisition system of pulse neutron sequence.
