摘要
随着同步辐射的飞速发展,光源的性能有了很大的提高,对同步辐射光束不稳定性的监测也提出了更高的要求。设计了一台具有位置测量功能的气体探测器—一维位置灵敏电离室,可用于同步辐射X射线光束线站在线监测光束的位置与强度变化,以改善实验结果。详细介绍了该电离室的设计原理和参数设计,并进行了讨论。
With the rapid development of synchrotron radiation, the performance of light source has been greatly improved, so there is a higher requirement for monitoring the instability of the beam position. It designes a kind of gas detector for position measurement-the one-dimension position-sensitive ionization chamber. It can be used to monitor the position and intensity of the beam online, which will be helpful to improve the experiment results. It describes the principle and the design parameters of the ionization chamber, and gave some discussions.
