摘要
通过对电容式液位传感器的分析与研究,设计了一种新的电容阵列液位传感器。该传感器将电容一极板设计成阵列式结构,另一极板共用,采用基于充放电原理的微小电容检测电路,应用单片机XC886控制小电容器的选通、数据的采集和处理,计算出液位值,并通过CAN总线传送给上位机,实现实时监测。实测结果表明:该传感器受温度影响小、精度高、输出稳定,精度优于1%FS,零点漂移小于2×10-5FS/℃.
By the analysis and research of capacitive liquid level sensor,a new type of capacitive array liquid level sensor was designed.One electrode of capacitance was designed to array structure and another was shared,a tiny capacitance detection circuit based on the principle of charging and discharging was selected,SCM XC886 was used for controlling the switch of little capacitor,sampling and processing of data,and calculating out the liquid level and transmitting it to upper machine by CAN bus,so that actualizing real-time detection.Experimental results show that zero output is stable of the liquid level sensor with low temperature effect and high accuracy,the precision excelled 1%FS and zero drift is less than 2×10-5FS/℃.
