摘要
针对某盾构掘进机台车骨架的变形问题,利用ANSYS10.0分析台车钢结构的力学特性,对盾构掘进机台车进行应力应变分析。用梁单元建立台车骨架的整体有限元模型,模拟台车整体骨架加载工况,得到了结构的总体变形和应力分布,并结合分析结果和实际经验提出了相应的结构优化方案,结果显示优化前后承重钢架和台车骨架最大变形位移分别减小至58.16%和53.1%,其正确性和合理性得到验证,并为同类产品优化设计提供有益参考。
By using ANSYS10.0 for the analysis of mechanical characteristics of steel structure of the trolley,analyse the stress and strain of the trolley of shield machinein in cognizance of deformation of it.Beam element is uesd for establishing the whole finite element model of the trolley, the gross stress and deformation is reached through stimulating application of loads. The optimum design is broached by combining the analysis with practical experience.As known from the result of the analysis,deformation of the support steel frame and trolley bone is reduced to 58.16% and 53.1%,the rationality and the accuracy of the optimum design is validated,and valuable source of reference is also provided for optimum design of the similar products.
