摘要
简述了铜仁地区生态名茶产业发展现状和存在问题,提出抓好茶业规划落实、培育壮大龙头企业、做大做强名茶品牌、引导农民土地流转、借助旅游业带动茶业、建立完善营销网络、实施人才培养工程、大力发展有机名茶等应对策略。
This paper introduced the status and problems of the ecological tea industry development in Tongren Prefecture and put forward some coping strategies, such as good job planning implementation of tea industry, fostering the growth of leading enterprises, making tea brand bigger and stronger, guiding farmers to transfer land, using tourism to promote tea industry, establishing a sound marketing network, carrying out manpower training project, developing organic tea, ect.
