摘要
从经济稳定增长的角度出发,扩大内需所指向的关键性目标应当是增加居民消费;消费需求是一国稳定增长的基础;当前消费需求不足与居民收入和支出结构不合理关系密切;要提高消费在增长中的作用,必须创新公共政策,提高居民消费能力,升级消费结构。
From the angle of steady economic growth, expanding domestic demand should be aimed at increasing residents＇ income. Consumption demand is the basis of steady growth of a country. At present, the insufficient consumption demand is closely related to the unreasonable structure of residents＇ income and expenditure. To enhance the role of consumption in growth, we must create public policies, boost consumer spending abilities and upgrade consumption structure.
