摘要
通过相关数据与文献分析,探讨我国东中西部社区护理人力资源配置,发现主要存在社区护理人力资源数量不足、综合素质较弱、进修培训缺乏、工作任务重、待遇偏低等问题,并提出改进社区护理管理体制、改革护理教育健全培训机制、改善社区护士待遇提高护士职业认同感并且针对不同地区问题各有侧重开发社区护理人力资源。
To explore the community care human resources through the relevant data and document analysis,found several problems such as insufficient number,weak overall quality,lack of refresher training,heavy work tasks and low pay.Then suggest to change community-based care management system,reform of nursing education and training mechanisms,improve the treatment to community nurses and raise the sense of identity of nurse.Furthermore,explore the specific community nursing human resource based on different situation.
