摘要
中西部地区在承接纺织服装产业转移中存在低水平重复建设、污染转移、企业流失和产业价值链低端锁定等问题。文章进一步分析了这些问题造成的不良后果,探讨了产生这些问题的根源,最后对如何防范和解决问题提出了一些建议。
There are so many problems during textile and apparel industrial transfer's acceptance in the central-and-western China such as the redundancy development,the transfer of pollution,the lost of enterprise and the industrial value chain's being locked up on low level.The author analyzed the bad consequence caused by these problems and the roots of these problems,and put forward some advice of how to prevent and solve these problems.
