摘要
龙芯在自主创新的每个环节走的是开放式创新模式,但它在开放中通过技术创新路径的选择做到了以我为主,逐步培育起内生的技术能力。对于龙芯这种关系信息产业发展和国家安全的重大创新产品,政府要进一步加大研发投入和产业化支持力度,充分利用政府采购,推动产业化进程;龙芯自身要打造国际化的管理团队,提高市场拓展能力,打造产业化基地,培育核心竞争力。
Loongson takes the road of opening innovation in every step of endogenous-innovation, but by choosing the opening tech- nological innovational road, it keeps the initiative in its own hand, and cultures its own endogenous technical ability gradually. Loong- son is a kind of important innovational product which will impact on the communication industry and country security. The govern- ment should increase the R＆D input and industrialization support, make the most of government procurement to promote the industri- alization process. For itself, Loongson should build up a international management team, improve marketability, build industrial bases, and enhance their core competitiveness.
