摘要
在当代中国,法治理念已深入人心,法治社会从本质上说是以人为本、保障人权、体现法的真善美的社会。但现行的有的法律在适用过程中逐渐显现出一些问题,为此进行必要的修订,新《保险法》将自2009年10月1日起施行。文章简要阐述法律真善美的基本内涵,进而分析《保险法》在修订过程中与修订后的内容对法的真善美的具体体现与不足。
In contemporary China,the rule of law has been the concept of people and the society ruled by law is essentially a peopleoriented and human rights guarantee society which reflects truth,benevolence and beauty.However,some of the existing laws gradually show some problems in the process of application and it is necessary to be revised.The new Insurance Law has come into effect in October 1,2009.This article briefly describs the basic meaning of truth,benevolence and beauty from the view of law,and analyzes concrete embodiment and disadvantages of the contents in the revising and revised law.
