摘要
钛合金具有比强度高、抗蚀性优异、中温性能稳定等优点,但在高温下的氧化和氧脆严重影响了其热稳定性。重点介绍了化学气相沉积(CVD)、物理气相沉积(PVD)、离子束辅助沉积(IBAD)、搪瓷涂层等技术在钛合金表面制备高温防护涂层的原理、特点及研究成果,指出了各种技术存在的问题,并提出了下一步研究重点。
Titanium alloy with high specific strength,excellent corrosion resistance,stable performance at moderate temperatures etc advantage,has important applications in many fields,but it′s oxidation and oxygen embrittlement under high temperature serious impact on its thermal stability.The principle,characteristic and research results of chemical vapour deposition,physical vapour deposition,ion beam advanced deposition and enamel coating were introduced.The current problems and developing trends in the fields were also put forward.
