摘要
介绍了TNT粉尘的危害,阐述了报废弹药销毁车间有毒有害气体及粉尘检测、评价的标准。根据检测内容及报废弹药销毁车间的实际情况提出了车间的4种初步通风方案,利用CFD数值模拟技术对4种初步通风方案的通风效果进行了模拟,并根据模拟结果分析了各个方案的优劣,最终确定最优设计方案。
This article introduces the harms of TNT dust and expounds the detecting and evaluating standards of toxic and harmful gas and dust in the scrapped ammunition disposal workshop. Four preliminary ventilation schemes are designed based on detection results and actual situation of the scrapped ammunition disposal workshop; the ventilation effects of the four preliminary ventilation schemes are simulated by using CFD numerical simulation technology, and the advantages and disadvantages of these preliminary ventilation schemes are analyzed based on the simulation results, and the best design scheme is determined finally.
