摘要
在现代住宅粗放型发展方式严重破坏生态平衡，影响社会可持续发展的情况下，现代生态住宅的设计应运而生了。本文试图从人居环境性能、经济性能、安全性能三个方面总结出现阶段现代生态住宅设计的评价标准，并在此评价标准的基础上总结出现代生态住宅的设计原则，以期待为后来的生态住宅设计提供参考。
