摘要
企业作为社会组织必然嵌入在已经积累人类文明成果的的社会土壤里。除了自生自长以外,企业必然对其赖以生存的自然社会资源进行消耗。企业消耗的社会资源对国家和社会是负债,应当通过可以控制和计量的手段加以确认并予以清偿,达到回补社会再生产保持可持续发展的平衡目标。企业履行社会责任除了要对自己消耗掉的社会成本即债务加以清偿平衡的原因外,还有基于我国特定文化内蕴的对社会反哺平衡的原因。国家行政权需对企业社会责任履行的反哺平衡进行科学设计和有效控制,以保证反哺平衡目标的实现。
A corporation,as a social organization,must be inevitably embedded in the society of human civilization.In addition to relying on its own efforts for development,a corporation has to consume natural-social resources for its survival.In this sense,a corporation is in debt to the state and society due to its consumption of natural-social resources and the debt should be identified and cleared by means of control and measurement so as to reinforce social reproduction and achieve social sustainable development.The fact that a corporation fulfills social responsibility is not only for clearing the debt—the consumption of social cost,but also for regurgitation-feeding balance based on the Chinese specific cultural connotation.The national executive should make a scientific design for and effective control of the performance of regurgitation-feeding balance by corporate so-cial responsibility in order to achieve the realization of regurgitation-feeding balance.
