摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜对刺槐属(Robinia)植物的花粉进行了观察和研究,报道了花粉形态特征,探讨了花粉形态特征的分类学意义.结果表明刺槐属花粉具有属内一致性,均为长球形,具3条萌发沟;其花粉大小和表面纹饰的形态结构特征表现出种间,种与变种、变型之间的差异,可以作为分类依据,同时给出了花粉分类检索表.
The pollen of Robinia plants were observed and research by the use of SEM,reported in pollen morphology,discussed the taxonomic significance of pollen morphology.The results showed that the pollen of Robinia plants in consistency with prolate spheroid,3-colposate in polar view;its size and exines culpture difference of the pollen morphology between species,species and variants can be used as the basis of classification.
