摘要
以拟南芥(A rabidopsi sthaliana)下胚轴为外植体,将其分别接种于含有不同铁盐(FeEDTA,FeCl2,FeCl3,FeSO4,Fe2(SO4)3,柠檬酸铁)的B5的培养基上,观察愈伤组织形成的情况.结果表明,以柠檬酸铁取代Fe-EDTA的改良B5培养基是诱导拟南芥下胚轴产生愈伤组织的最佳培养基.
The effect of Fe-EDTA,FeCl2,FeCl3,FeSO4,Fe2(SO4)3and Fe(C6H5O7)·XH2O(Ferric citrate) as sources,presence of KI in B5 medium on callus induction from hypocotyl of A rabidopsi sthaliana are studied for two weeks. Callus formation is observed in every kind of medium,while the best result is obtained by using Ferric citrate as sources. It is included that the modified B5 medium with Ferric citrate in stead of Fe-EDTA is the optimum medium.
