摘要
目的研究雌二醇(E2)在小鼠铁调素和膜铁转运蛋白表达调节中的作用。方法在不同时间、使用不同浓度雌激素对小鼠进行腹腔注射,应用RT-PCR法检测肝脏铁调素和膜铁转运蛋白mRNA。结果注射50μgE212h和24h后小鼠铁调素表达增加(P<0.05),而注射100μgE212h后小鼠膜铁转运蛋白表达也出现上调(P<0.05)。结论 E2可通过调节小鼠肝脏铁调素和膜铁转运蛋白表达而影响铁代谢。
Objective To investigate the function of estradiol on expression of hepcidin and ferriportin (Fpnl). Methods The mice were injected intraperitoneally in different concentrations at different time. RT-PCR was performed for detecting hepatic hepeidin and Fpnl mRNA. Results Estradiol was able to in- crease the expression of hepatic hepcidin at the weight of 50 μg 12 h and 24 h after injection (P 〈0.05). Estradiol also upregulated the Fpnl expression at the weight of 100 μg 12 h after injection (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Estradiol can affect the iron metabolism through regulating the hepatic hepcidin and Fpnl.
