摘要
大口径主反射镜作为光学遥感器的重要部件,它的面形精度直接影响成像质量的好坏,其支撑结构设计一直是研制光学遥感器的关键技术。本文对某大口径光学遥感器主反射镜的支撑结构进行了研究,根据设计要求和理论计算方法确定了支撑点数量及分布位置,通过有限元方法分析和优化了支撑点的分布位置,结合大口径反射镜的特点加入侧面辅助支撑,得到了理想的面形精度。
As the key component of optical remote sensor, the surface precision of primary mirror impacts imaging quality directly, and the design of its support structure is the key technology of optical remote sensor. The support structure of primary mirror with large aperture is researched in this paper. Number of support points and its location and distribution are determined according to the design requirements and theoretical calculation. The location and distribution are also analyzed and optimized using finite element method. Combining the characteristics of large mirror, the supposing surface precision of primary mirror is realized by using lateral support structure.
