摘要
NoteExpress是一款文献管理的软件平台,具备文献采集、管理及应用等功能。本文通过将三大检索数据库的检索结果导入NoteExpress,建立一个新的信息管理系统,通过使用表明该信息管理系统可成为评估高校科研水平、掌握最新科研动态、提高情报服务效率的有效辅助工具。
The NoteExpress is a document management software platform with the functions of documents retrieval,management and application.This paper aimed to establish a new information management system through importing retrieval results from the three important databases of SCI,EI and ISTP.Through the application of that the new system will be an excellent assistant tool for the evaluating university scientific research level,mastering the newest research development and increasing the efficiency of information service.
