摘要
闽粤地区产茶业生产有着悠久的历史,福建尤甚。至近代,茶叶已经成为闽粤地区重要的经济作物,畅销全国,远销欧美。茶叶生产的兴盛不仅促进了闽粤地区商业性农业的发展,带动了该地区经济的发展,而且极大地推动了闽粤地区饮茶习俗的盛行,从而对闽粤独特饮茶习俗的推广产生重要影响,并流传至今。
Tea-producing industry has a long history in Fujian-Guangdong areas.As one of the most impor-tant modern cash crops,tea is well received at home and exported to Europe and America.The prevalence of modern tea-producing industry contributes to the development of the commercial agriculture,local economic de-velopment,as well as tea-drinking industry in Fujian-Guangdong areas,which has significant impact on the popularity of tea-drinking customs.
