摘要
目的比较老年人在局部神经阻滞麻醉及硬膜外麻醉下行无张力腹股沟疝修补术的疗效。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将我院2002年6月至2009年5月间共收治的320例腹股沟疝患者,分为局麻组(160例)和硬膜外阻滞麻醉组(160例)行无张力疝修补手术,比较两组的临床资料。结果局麻组患者总费用(3628元),平均住院时间(2.6 d),术后恢复活动时间(2.2 h),并发症及术后复发率等方面具有优势,在手术时间、术后疼痛评分方面与对照组没有明显区别。结论老年人在局部神经阻滞麻醉下行无张力疝修补手术可明显降低手术费用和术后并发症,是一种安全、简便、经济的方式,值得推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of tension-free inguinal hernia repair in senile patients under the local nerve block anaesthesia with epidural block anaesthesia.Methods The random control study were performed,320 cases were selected from Jun 2002 to May 2009 in our hospital.All patients were randomized into 2 groups： local nerve blockade anaesthesia group（160 cases） and epidural block anaesthesia group（160 cases）.Results In the local anaesthesia group,costs in hospital（3628 yuan）,the average hospital stay（2.6 d）,the time to active of the patients（2.2 h）,complication and recurrence were less than that of the epidural block anaesthesia group significantly.But there were no obvious difference between the two groups in operation time and pain feeling.Conclusions The tension-free inguinal hernia repair of senile patients under local nerve block anaesthesia can reduce the costs of operation,incidences of postoperative complications significantly.It is a safe and economical method and worthy to popularize.
