摘要
叶书是晚清台州有名的藏书家,藏书深受其祖辈的影响。藏书阁号称"荫玉阁",收藏三万多卷,以乡邦文献的写本抄本为主,富金石碑拓和清人名家书画手迹。其收藏重视学以致用,研究台州地方文史,与修《台州府志稿》的金石、古迹门和编纂《临海县志》等。其遗著有《松麓愁吟诗稿》6卷、《台山纪游》1卷、《天台十日记》1卷、《击衣剑》1卷、《临海金石志》3卷等。并编纂刊刻《荫玉阁丛书》,以传布文献,为世所用。
Ye Shu was a famous book collector in Taizhou and was affected by his forefathers. His book chamber was called ＂Yin Yu Ge＂ where had more than thirty thousand books which mainly are copies of township literature, inscriptions and calligraphy and painting hand writings. His collections were helpful to the research of Taizhou history and literature. His posthumous works were spread as literature like Song Lu Chou Nin Poets, one volume of Tai Mr. Travelling Notes, one volume of Ten Days in Tiantai, one volume of Ji Yi Jian and three volumes of Linhai inscription, etc.
