摘要
[目的]研究不同种金银花幼苗对水分胁迫的生理反应。[方法]采用聚乙二醇人工模拟水分胁迫。[结果]随着水分胁迫的加剧,各金银花叶绿素含量下降,内蒙古金银花POD活性呈先升后降趋势,麻江和花溪2金银花总体呈下降趋势,硝酸还原酶活性、根系活力下降,质膜透性、膜伤害程度呈上升趋势,但幅度不同。[结论]不同种金银花各有其自身对水分胁迫的适应机制。
[Objective]The aim was to study the physiological reaction of the different kinds of honeysuckle seedlings to water stress.[Method]The polyethylene glycol method of artificial water stress was used.[Result] With the intensification of water stress,the chlorophyll content decreased honeysuckle,the POD activity of Nei menggu honeysuckle was first increased and then decreased trends,the Ma Jiang and Huaxi honeysuckle overall downward trend in nitrate reductase activity,root activity decreased membrane permeability,membrane damage levels on the rise,but the magnitude of different.[Conclusion]Different honeysuckle each had its own adaptive mechanisms to water stress.
