部分头颈部鳞癌(口腔、口咽、喉、鼻腔及副鼻窦)c-N0患者的颈部治疗

摘要 颈部淋巴结转移是头颈部鳞癌重要的不良预后因素,临床分期为c-N0的患者是否需要颈部治疗,如何进行治疗存在颇多争议。现结合文献,就其颈部治疗时机,治疗方式及治疗范围作一综述。
