摘要 目的 观察口服锌、维生素AD与口服抗感染药物联合治疗小儿腺样体肥大的疗效,探讨其适宜、有效措施.方法 对2007年2月~2009年3月间在西安市儿童医院耳鼻喉科门诊确诊的268例腺样体肥大患儿进行研究,随机将其分为治疗组(136例)与对照组(132例),对治疗组所有患儿进行口服锌、维生素AD与口服抗感染药物联合治疗,对照组仅用抗感染治疗.结果 治疗组显效82例、好转42例、无效12例,总有效率为91.2%;对照组显效68例、好转36例、无效28例,总有效率为78.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(χ^2=8.096,P〈0.05).结论 儿童腺样体肥大可能与血清中锌元素水平及钙吸收稍差有关,适量补锌和维生素AD可作为对腺样体肥大儿童早期干预的一种方法 . Objective To observe therapeutic effect of combined oral administration of Zn, Vitamin AD with oral anti-infective drugs for adenoid hypertrophy of children, so as to explore suitable and effective non-operative method for the disease. Methods 268 children who were diagnozed and treated in clinic of E. N. T of Xi' an Municipal Children' s Hospital in a period form February, 2007 to March, 2009 were divided into treatment group( n = 136 ) and control group( n = 132). All children in the treatment group were orally supplemented Zn, Vitamin AD combined with oral administration of anti-infective agents, while those in the control group were only orally given anti-infective agents. Results In the treatment group, 82 children were effectual, 42 children were effective and 12 children were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.2%. In the control group, 68 children were effectual, 36 children were effective and 28 children were ineffevtive, the total effective rate was 78.8%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (χ^2 = 8. 096, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Adenoid hypertrophy of children may be related to low serum level of Zn element and poor absorption of Ca^2+ . Proper supplementation of Zn element and Vitamin AD for those children with adenoid hypertrophy may be regarded as an early intervention.
