摘要
叶轮是汽轮机、水轮机、压汽机、推进器等装置的关键部件。叶片的型面的质量则直接影响叶轮的工作效果,进而直接影响整机的工作性能。空间曲面叶片的加工是叶轮制造工业中的难点。通过对轴流式压缩机叶轮叶片的造型及数控编程,在五轴数控加工中心上使轮毂与叶片在一个毛坯上一次加工完成,它可以满足转子产品强度要求,曲面误差小,动平衡时去质量较少,因此是较理想的加工方法。
The impeller is installment and so on steam turbine,hydraulic turbine,pressure steam engine,propeller key components.Leaf blade's profile quality immediate influence impeller's work effect,then immediate influence complete machine operating performance.The space-like surface leaf blade's processing is in the impeller factory industry difficulty.Through to the axial-flow compressor impeller blade's modeling and the numerical control programming,causes the wheel hub and the leaf blade in five axis numerical control machining center completes in a semi finished materials previous processing,it may satisfy the rotor product intensity request,the surface error is young,when transient equilibrium goes to the quality to be few,therefore is the ideal processing method.
