摘要
目的:通过总结个体化护理中的经验与护理技巧,评价个体化护理对医疗综合满意度的影响。方法:自2010年1月1日起,我科开始实行个体化护理,护士责任到人全程参与病人护理管床工作。个体化护理制度主要包括:1)统一思想,充分认识加强医院临床护理工作的重要性2)全面认识护理人员的多角色功能3)根据病人的角色特征个体化护理4)掌握良好的临床沟通技巧5)强化护理服务培训6)强调管床护士的职责。统计自2010年1月1日至2010年3月31日所有住院病人的综合满意度,并回顾个体化护理治疗措施中的经验与教训。结果:所有病人对于护理过程满意,个体化护理取得良好的效果。结论:个体化护理提高了患者的综合满意度。注重树立优质护理服务品牌,以患者为中心,根据患者特点个体化护理,是提升患者满意度的有效方式。
Object:Summarise the experience and techniques of individuation nursing, evaluate the effects on patients' satisfaction degree.Method:From Januray lst,2010, we began to use individuation nursing as our core constitution, which made each patient charged by their own nurse,including six part:1)realize the importance of nursing in clinical treatment.2)realize the muti-function of nurse 3)make an individuation nursing to each different patient 4)make a good use of communicating techniques with patient5) attach importance to training of nurse6) nurse's responsibility to charging patient.analysis the degree of satisfaction and summary the experience of individuation nursing.Result:All the patients had high degree of satisfaction with individuation nursing .Conclusion: Individuation nursing can inof patient. Attaching importance to nursing quality and individuation nursing to each different patient are effective method to increasethe satisfaction degree of patient.
